Artistry in motion! Presentation by Jackie Marks was illuminating and just plain WOW. Those of you who weren’t there in person missed being able to see all of the detailed quilting she did.
Other members showed their current quilting. Look at Ellen’s quilt made of edges of fabric left over from her other quilts. Christine showed her artistic quilting of her canine friend. And Martha showed her panel quilt where she experimented with outline quilting. All in all a fun time for everyone there.
We had a video by Jacquie Gering about doing curves with a walking foot. Great learning opportunity for those of us who haven’t yet mastered free motion quilting.
